good friday.

As I was raised, I remember my mother being solum on Goof Friday.

{ especially around 2:00pm where she would draw the curtains}

She was a devout Catholic and lived her faith every day.

Today I will be having another procedure.

I will also be thinking of my mother.

and forgiveness.

I will post more later, for now I need to get ready for the doctors.

But here is a recipe to mark today.
